Just changed package. Cannot access paramount plus or disney plus. Why? Says email, passwords etc no

Regardless of trying to access a number of ways, access is impossible. Do I have to wait a few days or something? Have access to sky cinema but not paramount plus. Won't let me access disney plus either.

  1. What did you change in your package?
  2. Do you subscribe to Disney Plus?
  3. Have you previously had access to Disney plus and Paramount ?
