I booked this and recorded it to watch the following morning.
Unfortunately it wouldn't play no matter how much I pressed 'select' while highlighting 'play'.
There was another showing playing however, and after selecting the channel I could see it playing - albeit at what seemed like a poor visual quality - but it was a few hours until the main event to I again selected 'record' and went out.
Once again it wouldn't play on my return - just nothing happening.
Long story short, the Sky Q box had been a bit glitchy previously so ended up wiping all my recordings including purchased films, and the chat box reassured me I could click on a link to the Sky Store to 'reorder' lost items.
That link simply took me to the Sky Store with no option to 'reorder' anything.
Ridiculous.

sounds to me like your box is on the way out.

I've logged into Sky Store via my Sky Q box and on the app but there's no way I can see to access any library?
