Joined Sky Broadband on 14/1. Set it all up! Q box connection for 24hrs and then completely disconnected itself! 8 days days later 22/1 Sky tv engineer came got it back up and running!
12hrs later Q box disconnected again!
Hours spent on the phone with 5 different experts! 14 days later 5/2 another Sky tv engineer visited got it up and running again! The Q box is hard wired in! 1am this morning the Q box disconnects from the internet and won't connect AGAIN! Why can't Sky fix this issue? We had no issues prior to changing broadband provider!
