I def returned two mini boxes & have a picture of the 2. Do the boxes have serial numbers? One may have been mixed up with one my of my partners boxes in a house move - not 100% sure.

You don't seem completely sure that you have returned it going by your opening post so is there a chance that you did fail to return it ?

I'm 100% certain 2 were returned. I have a picture of the items in the return packaging.
