Ive lost my sky q remote how can i change chanels

I've lost my skyq remote how can I change channels until my new one arrives

"Press the Q button on the front of your Sky Q box and after a few seconds a paired Sky Q touch/Sky Q remote with Voice Control will beep for 30 seconds."

If you can't find it there are several apps that claim can be downloaded to mobile phones to control Q, I have no idea how good any of them are.

As a tempporary measure if you have an Android phone I have an app called 'Sky Q Free Remote' that does work.

As @bob1234 has said there are others and I am sure there are others for iphones as well.

None of these are anyway near as good as a proper remote though.

Like @bob1234 and @mappion have said

there are apps available that will operate your Sky Q box.

But the most obvious one is actually your remote for your tv I have an LG Magic Remote  that operates my Sky Q box and voice control is available also.
