Ive lost my sky q box during a house move

I lost my sky q multi room box in a house move. I have removed multi room from my subscription having spoken to someone from sky. They told me they would still need to send me a box to return the lost item I.e. return the empty box. I have done this but I'm still getting emails to return the q box I no longer have.

In that case you'll be charged a non return fee. As and when you find it return it and keep proof of posting and Sky should reimburse you. Currently it's £52.
