So this problem started about 3 weeks ago. Whether I put the box into standby manually, set it to eco or just left the box turned on it would turn off(red light) and have a flashing q every morning. I had to reset the box by switching the mains off and eventually not even that worked. Well a week ago and engineer came and replaced the box. Today its happened again. Anyone shed some light onto what might be going on? Might sound daft but I changed Internet provider around the same time. Could this have anything to do with the situation?
