Iv recieved a letter to upgade to sky Q at no extra cost i would like to take up the offer please

There are a few differences on Q compared to HD (no reminders, no slo-mo. very different interface) that you should be aware of. It's also very internet reliant so hopefully you have a good fast wifi connection.

The letter should have some instructions for how to order the upgrade, I think?

Unfortunately we are just primarily other customers here and to upgrade you will need to call.

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
