Itvx not working on sky Q but all other apps are working it does into the app then you cant select a

ITVX not working on my sky glass either today. I have tried switching off at plug etc. Still frozen. All other apps working.

I'm currently watching ITVx on my Sky Stream, without issue.

For the apps refresh, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the apps to complete the refresh.

Are either of you getting any kind of error on starting up ITVx?

No errors coming up. It goes into the app but the the buttons freeze and the back button doesn't work but the home button does. Netflix and all other apps are working fine.x

I am not able to watch on my Q box. It loads fine but then it is frozen. All other apps are OK. I've rebooted the box and internet and still not working.

Have noticed on my Sky Stream that if I start ITVx from the apps rail, I get exactly what  you both are experiencing.

If I play something sitting in my ITVx playlist ( so partly viewed) or something from the various rails for ITVx, it opens and plays the programme.

But,  at anytime during playback  or when the programme has finished, staying  in the app, I cannot as you say, use backup key or move up or down the ITVx left menu at all.

This is fixed for me now.

Not done anything, just watched  the F1 race on Sky Sports F1, since my last post.

Now the race has ended, thought I'd go straight to the app and it's working.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue, following @lettice post above can you confirm is it's still not working?
