I'm having the same and even when i go through to thenext step it shows my current monthly price as £2 more than im currenlty on and trying to add £10 for movies so would add £4 extra a months.

Ive called Sy who said the best deal they offer is £10.

I said log into my account and he said he did but cannot see the graphic/ image that says £8 just the 'add for  £10'. 

Adviced me to speak to online chat - does that even exsist? Virtual assistant is all i can find and in effect this is an 'electronic' version of thre help article section only.
