Item unavailable: Daryl Dixon Episode 6

So today all 6 episodes are supposed to be available of the series The Walking Dead Daryl Dixon. I had issues with episode two and had to download it in SD and not HD which is fine. However got to the final episode and whether trying to download in HD or SD, it just says download failed, item unavailable. 

Has anyone else found this issue?

If I actually knew that not all 6 episodes were available as advertised I wouldn't have sat here and watched the first 5 in one go, I would have waited.

I have no idea how we are actually supposed to report this issue to Sky.
