Ok cool but you posted in the Q forum and this sounds like it would be more likely to get a knowledgeable response in the broadband forum.

The problems I have is that the broadband plays up and when I reboot the Q system it takes up to a quarter of a hour to get the system talking to it's self again.

Yeah that is just how it is

 

so you need to get the broadband stable.

Just to amuse myself, one final thing I have just changed is the ADSL Microfilter, see what that doe's.

The new Microfilter seems to be working no drop outs so far, the original was installed with the Q installation, do not know what the life expectancy is for the filter, will still see if I can get my 5g/4g+ router running with Q with all theQ options, would try going in on the WAN port on the Q hub perhaps.
