Issues with new Sky Q box
I received a replacement Sky Q box yesterday and initially all was ok but now I'm unable to download any anything - I've checked internet and router connection. I'm also unable to connect the box to Sky Go. Any suggestions? I've already tried the online help advice. Thanks
