Sky box won't connect to sky hub

We have tried connecting via wire still nothing we have to keep doing the wps which wont always work

or it works and connects but then drops again after about 10 mins or less leaving us with no tv 

We also have a booster

@Steph19891  If you have Sky Q as you've posted in the Sky Q section, then you should still get live channels from the Sky EPG as those are delivered over broadband.

Yes we do still get them on the main box but it jumps but we don't get them on the mini box
