Is anyone who has a sky q box experiencing problems with there apps

I've tried Netflix,  itvx and paramount plus and none of them are working

Have you checked that you've got internet access at your Sky Q box? Might be a good idea to restart your internet router & Sky box.

Yes checked Internet that's all fine router is also fine , catch up working so is you tube . Just itv x , Netflix and paramount plus . I've refreshed all the apps to see If that will help .

But have you restarted the 2 items as suggested?

Yes I have done . Ill phone sky I think
