Is anyone else having problems with both Amazon prime video and Netflix on sky Q?

I have tried signing in on the Netflix app and the Amazon prime app and both won't let me play movies on the Sky Q box. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi @Jimishere Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Yes I have the same problem. I can sign in to Netflix & Amazon and view stuff but the minute I hate play I get an error message.

it just be a sky problem for them both to not work. I will try the reboot & see if that works.

I've been having streaming issues with Amazon prime on sky Q 

 

if you press the home button then scroll down to settings but do not select 

 

enter 001 then select then highlight refresh all apps that may help

Yes, I keep getting error messages telling me that the video is not for my region?

I've watched half the series already and half way through series 10 when I got the error. Sometimes it just won't play anything.
