Is Sky Sports News a free channel with Sky Signature?

My partner likes to watch SkySpNews but we are cancelling Sky Sports due to the cost of living crisis and christmas coming up. We have a fire stick for the sports channels but we are just wondering if Sky Sports News is free, doesn't matter if it's in SD.

Sky Sports News and Sky Sports Mix are part of the standard Signature package
