Interference on premier sports 1

I am constantly getting interference/pixelated screen or the blue problem with the signal on premier sports 1. Is anyone else having the same problem? It's the only channel it's happening with.

No issues here.

Have a look at GB News (on 512) and CNN (on 506) - they are likely to have same issue.

You most likely have a dish alignment issue which will need a call to Sky for a resolution.

It appears that is the issue however I haven't yet had it fixed as I haven't had time to contact CS and arrange a visit.

Thanks Kirsty , I went online and an engineer can come out tomorrow so hopefully they can fix it.

Hi, we are having this same issue. Was the sky engineer able to fix it for you? Interestingly Premier Sports 2 works fine

Yes the dish was slightly out of alignment but it was also quite an old dish so they replaced it at the same time.

It's on a different frequency (unlike the other two channels mentioned in the Answer post) so dish alignment has a subtly different effect. This is usually how minor dish problems manifest with just a handful of channels on the same frquency being affected.

edit: although weirdly some of the Sky stuff there doesn't specify the channels any more. Hmmmm. I found another site which says Sports 1 is on 11671H and Sports 2 is on 12188H. The two other channels it says are currently also on 11671 are CNN HD and Loveworld TV HD.
