Hi
I Installed new TV today, Sky works apart from the channels that I subscribe to.
The message reads 'Please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up'
The card was not removed from the box originally, however I've removed it numerous times now, wiped the card etc and re-inserted it to no evail
I hope you can help

Hi @Liam+Courtney Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
