Hi, I've got a mini box that isn't working, red light on and none of the usual fixes seem to work. After trying to order a replacement box on line, I was directed to the call centre, after trying a couple of other fixes I was told mini box needs replacing, which is free. I'm then told there is a technical issue which means I need to pay for box but will be rufunded later!!!!! FEELS LIKE A SCAM! Anyone had this experience.

Thanks, I did see that message yesterday but the reply didn't directly deal with it. Sky are saying the money will be reufnded but it just doesn't feel right, I've refused to pay but currently have a mini box that doesn't work and can't get in touch with sky to order a replacement without having to pay upfront.

For information, I ended up booking an engineer via the complaints message service, it's been the only part of the whole system that has worked!
