In need of a new sky box

Hi, 

My son walked behind the tv and knocked the wire. I heard a snapping noise and now doesn't work says I have signal in settings but on tv guide it says no signal.

Best to check the two F connectors on the dish cables at the back of the Q box @Daynalevy .

With the box switched off,  remove the two connectors and carefully check the the central copper conductor is not bent or broken and protrudes approximately 2 to 3 mm.
