Image break up on f1 channel from austin

Pictures from Austin sprint quali coverage breaking up every 15secs or so.... other channels, BBC etc unaffected..... almost unwatchable!

Had the same problem then a message saying 'this channel is currently affected with your satellite signal'.  Sky app automated chat was as much use as ever and just directed me to book and engineer where I'd either be charged or have to wait until 2026 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

Why do you think you would be "charged"? If the dish is out of alignment, an engineer visit is free.

Because they charge £15 for weekend appointments and don't have any week day appointments for months

Had the same issue on qualifying tonight on sky stream but works okay on sky go app
