ITVX ON SKY Q

My sky app does not have Itvx and my neighbour has got it

Hi @leslush Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot.

You had posted in the Sky+ forum, not the SkyQ one.

you could try refreshing the apps in the installer menu

press the home button then press down to hover on settings - press 001 then select

scroll down to apps > refresh

I got it by holding the 'talk' button on the remote, and saying 'itvx'. It appeared in the apps later.
