Why can't I find ITVX on my apps on my sky digibox?

@SandraJT Do you mean the Sky Q mini box?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@SandraJT if it is not showing under apps on the menu you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

What version of firmware is on the mini?

Have you tried the "ITVX" using voice control on it?
