ITV1 HD states no satellite signal being recieved
When selecting channel 103 it states there is an issue with the satellite signal. All other channels are working fine, the signal strength is 60 and the quality is 90. I have attempted to manually tune ITV1 HD and this works fine, so unsure why channel 103 will not show the programs.
I have carried out a factory reset and the issue remains, any ideas?

@DM_1077
If it still displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
