Yes and yes.
Sky would prefer a Glass or Stream subscription so Q is not so well advertised.

Re: IS SKY Q AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?
Still yes, as long as there's a suitable place for it. If you rent then you'll need your landlords permission.

Re: IS SKY Q AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?
@Daniel0210 Thank you very much. I have read somewhere that has to be done on the phone for Sky Q as opposed to online. Is that right?

Re: IS SKY Q AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?
After some deliberation I am planning to go for Sky Q.
One final question(I think....). Do Sky offer any SkyQ/broadband packages? My initial check online suggests you may have order a SkyQ TV package and a broadband separately.
Be grateful for any pointers from anyone please.

Re: IS SKY Q AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?
@Simon92 Sky can offer deals when you speak to them for both Sky Q & Broadband, we can't tell you what kind of deal you get but if you're a new customer then you'll get new customer deals.

Re: IS SKY Q AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?
I also believe that SkyQ will be phased out by 2028/9 as they are not renewing their satalite contract, which is why online internet is the only thing they like to offer thesedays (just like everyone else and everything else being placed on the internet). Rediculous really. now you have to hope there is no outage of your ISP which can be a few minutes to several days or even get placed on monotonization (meanign you pay for your service but only get 10% due to that) too many on your line. (had that with virginmedia, 3mths but lasted 18-20mths with only a very small discount given.

Re: IS SKY Q AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS?
My ISP hasn't had an outage for at least 18 months. If yours are common I would suggest changing. Never seen this term "monotonization" in the context of broadband (and it's a US spelling?) - what is that supposed to be?
The satellites are running out of fuel, nothing to do with not renewing. Although I suppose they could try to fund a new launch or two but we'd probably have to pay £300 a month each to jusify it.
