I will post equipment when i can get back in property as was flooded do not worry

I was flooded should be back in property within next week then will make priority to return your products K.Arnold

I’m afraid you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers.

 

When you return it make sure you get and keep proof of posting. Returns are taking 2+ weeks to process so expect to be charged non return fees. Obviously if the equipment has water damage you may be charged regardless.
