I was trying to reset apps and skyQ has frozen on settings. I rebooted and it just comes back up with the same settings screen showing. The remote can change the volume, but won't do anything else. Please help!

hi @CazWeb
May I suggest you try a reset of your remote:
Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times
At this point it will use Infrared only so make sure it has direct line of Sight of your box until you get control back
When (if) you do get back to the home screen then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - still make sure it has line of sight of the box until it is re-paired with your boox
(N.B the reset will stop the remote working with your TV until you manage to re-pair as above)

Hi @CazWeb
Reset your Q remote by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
This will set it to infrared which will work all Q boxes. However the remote must be pointed directly at the Q box.
Switch your Q box back on and you then you should be able to get past settings.
Once you get the Q box working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
