Note that returning a Q Mini will not stop the Multiscreen subscription: you'd need to call in and negotiate that (it may have been priced into your bundle)
Don't unilaterally return any Sky hardware which hasn't been requested: it will just disappear and you'll end up being charged.

It is a Sky Q box, it was never ordered, I spoke to Sky today and they promise they are sorting things now, I just hope they are correct.
