I was meant to have a callback today between 11 and 12 to check whether my new viewing card was work

I was supposed to have a callback today between 11 and 12 to check whether my new viewing card had arrived and was working ok. Also to discuss compensation as I was unable to access any sky channels or recordings for 10 days. I have had no call
