I want to upgrade to Sky HD. I have a Sky Q box.

According to my bill I don't have Sky HD.

How do I change this?

You cannot downgrade from Sky Q to Sky HD as Sky HD is a legacy system that Sky are decommissioning

Do you mean you want to add the HD pack, to enable you to watch programmes in HD?

Hi @LH59 

The Sky Q Sports pack and BT Sport if you subscribe through Sky are in HD as Standard.
Sky Cinema if you subscribe is also in HD.
Sky Signature includes BoxSets and Entertainment channels only in SD as standard.
Only free to air channels such as BBC, ITV etc are in HD. The Q HD pack is required for all other Sky Signature HD content, including Catch Up in HD, On Demand in HD and BoxSets in HD
The Optional HD package with a monthly charge will give you the HD content where available in the Sky Signature pack.

You can upgrade by contacting Sky directly or by trying the Offers tab on the top Communuty line of this forum/
