I want to talk to someone about account security and changing subscriptions

Have received a suspect phone call from someone claiming to be Sky, new address and account info like last 2 numbers of my bank account no.  Claimed to offer discount t on my subscription as I said I was having problems with Sky Q. Wanted more account info to set up a new direct debit . Did not give any info. He did not seem to know I am out of contract. Did know my monthly payment. 
Would like to verify if this was a genuine call ( I hung up) and to get back into contract as my payments seem ridiculously high compared with what is on offer in the app.

The offers you are seeing are for new customers and/or additional services.  You may be able to negotiate lower prices for your current services.

Either it was Sky or perhaps someone has compromised your account.  I would change the password to the account immediately as a precaution.  Read here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

Thanks, I already changed the password. How do I contact a real person to negotiate my present subs / upgrade my subs? Obviously the bots can't do it.

Thanks, but the blurb I read somewhere implies that there were the appropriate Sky employees watching the forum who would step in if appropriate.

Hi @HASLDASD   That service stopped in August. Only other customers here now.
