I want to know why I increasingly get a technical fault with my sky q, over the last month.
Recently over the last month, I'll be watching something then i'll pause it for a short while. The channel then develops a technical fault and the screen goes black. I'm able to select other channels but all of them wil just be a black screen. The only way it resolves is by switching off at the mains for a few minutes then turning it back on. I just want to know why this is suddenly happening as it's been several times over the last month, and never had this issue prior to this
