I want to get rid of uhd and find out why my bill is so high. I would prefer chat.

I want to get rid of bits on my Sky account as its costing too much now. I prefer to use chat. Why doesn't @Sky let you amend things in your account.

 

Can easily add but to remove its a chore!!!!!

The person you've tagged is a customer who made an unfortunate choice of user name.

 

Bills generally increase due to

  1. the annual price increase (normally April but this year some are seeing this in July/August)
  2. discounts ending or a combination of both.

If your discounts have ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal or potentially amend your package which will require another 18 month minimum term contract.

Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you're offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.
