Hi @twiglet6876 

You can check the Software version.

First thing to do is a Software Update to make sure the box is on the latest Software.
Home - settings - System info - Highlght Software version and then select Setup and then select Update this box with latest Software.

As already stated you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum whereby customers try to help other customers.

 

It would be best to call Sky and ask / negotiate a discount.

Thanks. I did call. Almost daily and I get fobbed off and hanging about for 30 mins. They directed me to this chat!

Last advertised offer was £22/month I think - but requires an 18 month commitment.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
