Hi @steves300969

See the following link

Re: I want to cancel sports movies and kids channels

the link doesn't take you to the page to be able to cancel .     It then directs you to MySky, which has no option to remove any parts no longer wanted.     No phone number either.

@Biily+No+Mates  You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

On the link provided (In the UK) it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Biily+No+Mates

the link takes you to the following.

You can only cancel by contacting Sky and not online

How to cancel your Sky TV

We're sorry you're thinking of leaving us.

To cancel Sky TV, you need to give us 31 days’ notice, which can’t end before your minimum term finishes unless you’re within your cooling off period.

Please don't cancel your Direct Debit or any other ongoing payment with us, as further payments may still be due.

What is the cooling off period?

If you're in the UK, we offer an enhanced cooling off period of 31 days, instead of the 14 days that's legally required. If you're in the ROI, the cooling off period is 14 days.

That means you have the right to cancel your order for TV services and any related equipment, any time up to 31 days (or 14 days if you're in the ROI) from the later of:

  • (i) delivery;
  • (ii) installation; or
  • (iii) confirmation in writing of the relevant terms and conditions for that product (which includes making the terms and conditions available to you in My Sky).

@Biily+No+Mates

There is an 0333 number provided through the link. I've just tried it.
