I want to buy another sky+ mini box

I want to buy another mini box for a bedroom but can't find it anywhere on the app, and no call centre. Chat bot doesn't know either. Very frustrating

There is no such thing as a Sky+ mini box, there is a mini box which connects to a Sky Q one so is this what you mean ?

You can't buy one. They are loaned to you and have to be returned at the end of your Sky Q subscription or if you end the Multiscreen add on. What you pay is an admin / activation fee.

 

Call Sky to arrange it.

Hi @Johno4   Have a look at your TV page in the My Sky App. Mine has extra Mini boxes at the bottom of the page.
