There is no way to do so: Sky is obliged to list PSB service in its EPG and Q has never offered per-channel 'blocking'
As noted (and widely discussed in the What's On forum) even if the hardware was capable of doing so, TV Licencing still applies to all channels in the broadcast EPG, plus all BBC on-demand content and any live viewing through a channel app at the same time as the content is being broadcast.
You can choose to declare that you do not carry out any such viewing at your address if you wish, as long as you are prepared to defend that declaration if required to do so.

Hi @Tony+0782 You cannot block any channels, let alone BBC channels. I cannot think of any reason why you would want to do that?

On the pretence of not needing a TV licence perhaps? (But that wouldn't work anyway, as all broadcast channel watched live/recorded is covered by the licence)

Re: I want to block all bbc channels on my sky q
I'm sick of the BBC, don't watch the channels, or radio stations so why is there no option on sky to block these so you cannot be fined if you decide to cancel your licence?
Surely if sky are obliged to play public channels, there should also be an option to block at the users discretion? Why pay £15 a month for awful bias and woke garbage no one watches?

A TV licence doesn't just cover BBC... if you have Sky Q then you need a licence even if you never watch BBC.

Try suggesting that to your MP: any such regulation would require political action.
Why pay £15 a month for awful bias and woke garbage no one watches?
Essentially because for the past century multiple governments of all political persuasions have decided that public service broadcasting is a 'good thing' for a nation to have.
As noted above, a license is required to watch any live channel. Having PSB service blocked from listing is absolutely not an exemption.

It's so outdated and a can the government keep kicking down the road... But it is what it is (for now).

Even if Sky could block the BBC (which they never will) the BBC channels would still be available via terrestial transmission & the Internet, so your defence wouldn't hold

£100 per month on sky
it's another payment you have no say in
why do the other channels manage to run
a business because of advertising so ok can be annoying but so is the BBC advertising
