Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If you want Sky to do it, call. There's likely to be a charge. Alternatively a local satellite installer will do it for you.

Just to move it or carry out some work while it's down - if so, can't you do it yourself or aren't you allowed to?
