I want details of each of the buttons on the Q Box handset does.

Yesterday You installed  a SKY Q box. 

I went on line to ask you for a picture of the Handset with details of what the buttons do.

Unfortunately you gave me details of the old  Sky Box.

I tried, unsuccessfully, to contact you.

So today I am trying again!!!
