Is it the TV or a Sky Q box you are having issues with?

A Sky engineer will only attend to issues with a Sky Q box or dish. If the TV itself is faulty they will not do anything to fix it. 

You will need to ring Sky to book an engineer if you feel that the issue is with your Sky Q box.
