I want a satellite dish

I access sky through an old central dish on my estate. It's not very reliable.

I have permission to install a satallite dish but can't find anyway to discuss it with sky.

There must be a number I can ring, the chat bot says it doesn't understand.

Help please.

I managed to get a live chat in the end by repeatedly typing the following into the stupid Bot.

I need to speak to a person

I need to speak to a human

Evetually it offered a live chat.

I now have an engineer coming in January.

Perhaps be aware that if Sky has the address flagged as an MDU with a communal dish, it's not entirely impossible that you'll get an MDU 'engineer' who isn't expecting to carry out a dish installation.
