I’ve reset my sky mini box now my remote doesn’t work how do i pair them both

I've reset my skyward mini due to technical error now I can't pair my remote control, how I can do this

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared

Thanks, that worked, and the sky q still isn't working I think it's to do with the sky technical problem that I have been reading the other discussions

hi @Annemarie15 

The first thing is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

Once the main box is restarted do the same power down on each of the mini boxes.
