I’ve reinstated services but still no sky tv.
My services were cut off due to a late payment, today at 3 o'clock (over 4 hours ago) I paid the bill, set up my direct debit again and reinstated the services.
The wifi is back working but not my sky tv packages, it still says you must upgrade to use this service.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t normally be processed until the following week.
