I've paid for Disney but cant log on via the television because it asks for my emai my email addess

When I press the letters ony remote it doesn't react and appear on the screen

Hi @Shenly62 

If you are talking about logging onto the Disney plus App on your TV set and not the via the Q box then you need to use your TV remote control and not the Qremote

@Shenly62 if you mean you can't log in via your Q box when you click on login and it asks for your email address press the selectbutton  (middle big round button) on your Q remote and it will bring up a keyboard that you can use to enter your email
