I’ve just signed up to sky broadband and sky sports. The broadband is working ok but I’ve been sent

I've just bought a sky broadband and sky sports package. The broadband is working ok but I have been sent no hardware/software or information regarding sky sports. What's going on? Thanks

@James162  You can;t jjst sign up to Sky Sports on it's own so have you already got Sky TV?  If not it will be an engineer install and they will bring the back with them.

 

Check your order tracking page for updates.

 

If you already have Sky Q then the subs will update normally within 24 hours.

 

In addtion if this is a new TV service did you order Sky Stream, if so this is self install and boxes are sent normally next days?  Your order details should confirm what you ordered.
