I’ve just received my replacement Sky Q box. Where is the viewing card

I've just gotten my replacement Q box for my broken one. It's says that I need a viewing card, but they've taken my old box away. How do I get a new one?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If you left your Viewing Card in the old box, you'll need to speak to Sky to request a replacement.
