I’ve got discovery plus, I’ve entered an activation code but it keeps asking me to retry or upgrade
I've recently had sky q installed that includes discovery plus, I've entered the activation code but it keeps asking me to upgrade my pass and retry. I can't access any programmes on discovery plus. Also I was supposed to receive a landline. I still don't have one.

No help or use in anyway shape or form I've payed on 4 occasions and it still is saying up grade pass it was taken from my bank as usual I had to change my email now I'm lost and think I'm going mad also I found out I was charged for sky glass which I do not have would love one but I don't have one
