I've got Netflix with Sky but Netflix saying I don't

I had renewed my sky subscription on the same terms as I had previously - including Netflix.  I renewed on the day my contract cancelled.  Netflix have put a hold on my account as they are saying I don't have a sky contract.  Netflix were asking to a 6 digit code but I can't find this anywhere.  Any help very grateful!

Looking for answers too.

Pay sky for Netflix on two devices and today only available via the sky box, son's TV been logged out and will not let us log him back in.

Netflix requires a netflix account. Normally a new account is setup from the TV, please use your Sky email. If you already have an account, it will disconnect other TVs that are connected and you will be paying to Sky, not Netflix.

 

Its best to register after you buy Netflix from Sky, or enter the account that you already have with Netflix.

 

Depending on your plan you can watch Netflix on 1 to 4 devices. Netflix basic has 1 device. If you buy HD from Sky(9 pounds a mont, sometimes free for 2 months with no contract), that makes it Netflix Standard or 2 devices.

Netflix basic allows you to have 1 device.

Netflis Standard allows you to have 2 devices. This means you must have Sky HD also.

I can now answer the code question as I went through it with Netflix help last night.

If you go to Netflix, press the left button from the home screen. Scroll down and to the right and you will see an icon that says help, click that.

On that screen on the right is a six digit code.

I used online chat with Netflix and they were brilliant!

Even though I pay sky a device subscription, behind the scenes someone had changed my email address which is why I couldn't get in, Netflix fixed it within minutes.
