I’ve changed internet provider because the previous sky broadband wasn’t good now sky wont connect
I have changed broadband provider because sky broadband wasn't good enough now my sky Q box and mini boxes won't connect to the internet or each other

For a non-Sky ISP you can only use 2.4GHz to connect to your router. Ensure your router has 2.4GHz enabled and doesn't steer to 5GHz.
The Q's will create their own 5GHz network on channel 36 - ensure your router doesn't interfere with this.
You may need extenders (Sky will supply this if required) if the boxes are too far apart.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
